Please note:

  • While sessions will be held at the main venue, Cascadia Hotel, accommodation will be provided at the Cascadia and another hotel nearby as required.
  • Transport between hotels will be provided at no extra cost to participants. There will be a shuttle service operating at four intervals during the day.
  • For your convenience, breakfast as well as WIFI service will be available at the assigned hotel.

– TRIPLE accommodation $200.00 + conference fee US$220.00. Total US$420.00 or TT$2,940.00
– QUADRUPLE accommodation $155.00 + conference fee US$220.00. Total US$375.00 or TT$2,625.00

  • The fees quoted are per person for the entire package (accommodation, meals, materials, etc.). There are no other fees. The conference fee of US$200.00 is included in the total price quoted above.
  • The non-refundable registration fee of US$80.00 is included in the conference fee. You may pay this amount for your initial payment, then pay the outstanding balance by the deadline dates indicated above.
  • The cost per person will vary based on the level of accommodation chosen.

ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE OF CONFERENCE PERIOD (17th -21st July 2017)

Please contact us by 15th June 2017 D.V. to make arrangements with the hotel on your behalf if you are arriving before July 17th and leaving after July 21st, 2017 D.V. The same daily rate will be offered as during the period of the conference.


For Local Participants Not Requiring Accommodation:

Conference fee- US$200.00 for the entire conference.

Regular price (from April 1st). Payment due by June 30th 2017 D.V.

Daily rate US$55.00 or TT$385.00
